Sooo......
Dude to some techniqual difficulties due to both my brain and my computer the next strip will be few days late. I tried dual boot and reinstall windows but I forgot I have a faulty disc so it pretty much bunk now. The part where my brain was the techniqual difficulty was when I deleted the wrong partion and I deleted my "Lab" where I keep all my digital art and media. So now I am doing a fresh install. But I have to re-configure my whole computer and redownload all my most important programs.
This brings me to one other thing. To all who are poor artists looking for some good free tools. I use Linux. Linux is free so you can't get sued if say you publish the best comic ever sold or something off of usually stoled software. Plus linux kicks Windows A@# all over the place. Not only in stablility but other things. Anyway on a whim I googled something like "best artist linux distro" and I found somewhere in there a distro all openArtist.
It has EVERYTHING so you should really check it out. 3-D modeling with blender... which means it will probably have game engine support. A pimped out version of gimp for us people who are deprived of Photoshop... and other things that I didn't even bother looking at cause I was already downloading it. I will report more once I get the thing up and running. If you are looking for a whole OS ( operating system like a Windows Vista replacement), but you can't afford a Mac. Get Linux its free and runs on the krappying of computers with easy.
Anyway back to the self imposed slave labor that is drawing comics.
